The first 12 years of his career Kasper worked for WE Fashion Starting as a salesman he worked his way up to store- and project manager. As a member of the international trainers team his passion for training and development emerged. During the last four year, he had a MD position within the international HR department. In 1993 he accepted a new challenge at Kruidvat. He joined the management team as Human Resources director and has been responsible for organizational development for five (challenging) years. In 1997 Kasper ‘returned’ to the line management as COO of Kruidvat Netherlands. In 2001 Kasper changed his career and became a professional trainer, consultant, coach, change manager and public speaker. Since 2002 he helps companies professionalize their organization, build and reinforce their core strength. Mostly he is asked to help with mission-vision-strategy development, operational design and control, focused and complementary collaboration, internal and corporate branding, HR policies, sales and management development. Next to optical clients, retail companies he works with include supermarkets, pharmacy, fashion brands, home deco, drug stores, telecom, jewellery, artisan bakeries. Next to retail he also works with a very divers portfolio of clients as advertising companies, accountancy firms, housing corporations, industrial clients and insurance companies. For Essilor Academy Europe he's trainer for the management4Growth program.
